So when your employees check into a hotel, it's important for the hotel staff to know that they qualify for CLC's discounted rates. And, with CLC's direct bill privileges, you avoid the headaches of cash advances and corporate credit cards.
CLC will work with you to select the best alternative to identify your travelers, based on your objectives and preferences.
If you would like fast billing to speed data for decision making and lower lodging accruals, CLC offers the CheckINN® card. Travelers simply present the card to hotels to initiate the hotel billing process. An electronic point-of-sale network transfers the data to CLC's sophisticated computer system in real-time. TALON (Travel and Lodging Online Network) - CLC's proprietary, multimillion-dollar Oracle-based system - organizes the data according to your cost centers and accounting preferences. And, since each traveler carries his or her own CheckINN® card, the billing data contains the most accurate and complete detail.
For clients with frequent employee turnover or who otherwise don't want to issue cards, travelers can also use sign-in sheets. These are either made available at the hotel or carried by an employee.
Regardless of the traveler identification method you select, CLC will handle the printing and distribution of all materials to travelers and hotels.
