Each billing period, you will receive and approve one invoice and issue one payment directly to Corporate Lodging Consultants that covers all hotel activity. That means you don't have to sift through mountains of mail from hundreds of hotels to make your lodging payments.
CLC's invoices are subtotaled according to the cost coding you provide, and your invoice detail lists each individual stay with over 75 customer-defined data elements providing specific employee, hotel, stay and costing details.
