Creating Your Customized Approved Hotel List
Working directly with company administrators, Corporate Lodging Consultants will develop your company's customized Lodging Directory. This will serve as the master list for all hotels that meet your requirements and honor CLC's deeply discounted rate agreements.
Your Lodging Directory is built according to your geographic coverage needs and desired hotel profiles. A key to the Corporate Lodging Consultants' approach is client involvement in hotel selection. This ensures that your approved hotels meet your quality, amenity and room cost specifications.
CLC will have likely already established relationships with most of the hotels necessary to build your approved hotel list. However, if additional hotel coverage is required in a specific area, CLC will conduct research about the area, contact the appropriate hotels, negotiate room rates and establish direct bill relationships.
Later, as operational changes within your company create the need to modify the approved hotel list, CLC will work to deliver the best options. And, if CLC's negotiators are able to secure lower rates from similar hotels within your geographic footprint, those options will be made available as well.
Once complete, the approved hotel list can be emailed as a file attachment, downloaded from your password-protected account on the CLC*Web or mailed in paper format. It will contain the name, address and phone number for each hotel in your approved hotel list.
