Extensions - Through Jan 16th, 2009 (Checkout Jan 17th, 2009)
December 31, 2008

Some hurricane evacuees have been extended through the night of January 16th (check out on the 17th). Please review the alerts on the right hand side of your "MyELA" page daily for a listing of those who have been extended. Some of those being extended will need to sign the "TSA Extension Terms and Conditions" form. That form is located under the "Program Information" section of the website. All others being extended need to be given the "Authorization Ending" form, which is also located under the "Program Information" page. In the next few days CLC will send out information (via fax and email) indicating which form goes to the evacuees. As always, thank you for your assistance and your participation
